CHEE 502 - Advanced Corrosion Engineering

Designed to cover all important aspects of corrosion in the oilfield. Emphasis will be placed on corrosion related to well completion, production, and transportation. Specific areas include carbon and alloy steels, elastomers, coatings, inhibitors, methods of corrosion monitoring, and phase behavior aspects of deep, hot wells.
