MATH 107 - College Algebra and Quantitative Reasoning 3 Credit(s). 0 Hour(s) Lab. 3 Hour(s) Lecture.
Elementary models of real world situations and use of technologies. Modeling linear, quadratic and exponential functions and their graphs, systems of linear equations, algebraic patterns and proportional reasoning. Graphing calculator required.
Prereq: Minimum ACT math score of 19 or SAT MATH score of 460, departmental placement exam, or Intermediate Algebra with a grade of “C” or better. Only one MATH 102 , MATH 103 and MATH 104 , MATH 105 , MATH 107, MATH 109 , MATH 143 may be used for degree credit. Rstr: Education majors only
