ENGR 304 - Fluid Mechanics Credit Hours: 3 Lecture Contact Hours: 3 Lab Contact Hours: 0 Static and dynamic behavior of incompressible fluids. Continuity, energy and momentum equations, using the control volume approach. Dimensional analysis, similitude and model testing laws. Steady, incompressible fluid flow in series, parallel, and branching pressure conduits. Turbulent and laminar boundary layer concepts.
