MLSC 301 - Basic Leadership/Management Development Credit Hours: 3
Lecture Contact Hours: 3 Lab Contact Hours: 1
Instruction on lower level leadership/Management skills of receiving, understanding, and communicating directions, plans, and guidance. Concentrates on formulating skills to develop and to analyze different approaches to problem solving. Laboratory places students in a role-playing environment to develop different levels of leadership and management skills.
Restriction(s): Must have 60 credit hours and contract for the U.S. Army Reserve Officer Training Corps Program
