DANC 303 - Dance Conditioning Credit Hours: 0 Lecture Contact Hours: 1 Lab Contact Hours: 1 Focuses on building stamina, strength, and flexibility for emerging dance artists. Emphasis will be placed on studio practice to include pilates, yoga, somatic, nutrition, weight training, and endurance aerobic activities.
