Social/Behavioral Sciences (3 Credits)
Choose from the General Education Core list of Social/Behavioral courses. Three hours must be at the 200 level or above.
Mathematics (3 Credits)
Choose from the General Education Core list of Mathematics courses in consultation with academic advisor.

English Literature (6 Credits)
Choose any two sophomore surveys (ENGL 201 , ENGL 202 , ENGL 205 , ENGL 206 ) and any other ENGL 200 or 300 level courses for a total of 9 hours. Students eligible for ENGL 215 and ENGL 216 may take these courses instead of the sophomore surveys.
Philosophy (3 Credits)
PHIL 202 is recommended.
Social/Behavioral Sciences (3 Credits)
Choose from the General Education Core list of Social/Behavioral courses. Three hours must be at the 200 level or above.

Fine Arts (3 Credits)
Choose from the General Education Core list of Fine Arts courses in consultation with academic advisor.
English Literature (3 Credits)
Choose any two sophomore surveys (ENGL 201 , ENGL 202 , ENGL 205 , ENGL 206 ) and any other ENGL 200 or 300 level courses for a total of 9 hours. Students eligible for ENGL 215 and ENGL 216 may take these courses instead of the sophomore surveys.

Communication (3 Credits)
Students who take ENGL 360 or ENGL 365 may count this course toward their major. They must take an additional free elective to make up the course hours.
