Cajun and Creole Studies Minor

All minors require a minimum of 18 credit hours with at least 6 credit hours at the 300/400 level. All course prerequisites, corequisites and restrictions apply.
Designed to provide a comprehensive knowledge of the cultural heritage of French-speaking Louisiana, this minor is especially appropriate for those wishing to work in the tourism industry, education and public relations.
