Students should select identified courses based on their area of interest:
1 Biomedical applications
2 Bioprocessing associated with pharmaceutical operations, biomass conversion into energy and products, and fermentation applications
• A grade of “C” or better is required in all courses in the College of Engineering and the College of Sciences that are used toward the degree.
• No more than two grades of “D” will be allowed in major department courses (CHEE) and engineering courses (ENGR) required for that degree that is not a pre-requisite course.
• A grade of “C” or better is required in CHEE 307, CHEE 404, CHEE 413, and CHEE 408.
• A minimum of 2.0 cumulative average (major GPA) is required on all hours attempted in the major department (CHEE) and engineering courses that apply toward the degree.
• Students are responsible for completing all course prerequisites before enrolling in a course.
