Insurance & Risk Professional Sales Minor

All minors require a minimum of 18 credit hours with at least 6 credit hours at the 300/400 level. All course prerequisites, corequisites and restrictions apply.

This organizes required INSR courses and groups MKTG sales electives to create a local employment centered minor that packages the most important classes from each department into a specialized professional sales minor targeted at training students who complete it to be ready to contribute day 1 in a professional sales context at local insurance and risk management employers. Because of the design, it will be very easy for INSR majors to complete this minor and thus be beter positioned in the local job market.
