Management approaches necessary in organizations specializing in engineering and technological innovations. Project management, research and development, industrial marketing and purchasing, and the organizational roles of engineers, technicians, and managers are explored.

Prereq: MGMT 320  and MGMT 303  with a grade of “C” or better.
