HSA 351 - European Health Care System

This course will examine the European health care system. Students will compare the universal health care system of France with the United States “hybrid” system. Emphasis will be placed on financing the system, government control, access to services, benefits, pharmaceuticals, health care law and quality of care. This course is offered for the Paris study abroad program only.
