Education in the United States from a historical, philosophical, and operational point of view; counseling related to the teacher education program. Requires a minimum of 30 hours of field experience in a PK-12 environment under the supervision of a certified teacher in a designated school. Note: To earn a grade of “C” or higher in this course, a grade of S (satisfactory) must be earned on the field experience component.
