ACCT 201 - Introduction to Financial Accounting Credit Hours: 3 Lecture Contact Hours: 3 Lab Contact Hours: 0 Basic understanding of the concepts and methods of financial accounting. Emphasis on knowledge necessary for completion of the accounting cycle, income measurement, and financial statement preparation. Topics include accounting assets, liabilities and owners’ equity as well as related ethical issues.
Prerequisite(s): ENGL 101 and MATH 103 /MATH 104 or MATH 105 with a grade of “C” or better LCCN: CACC 2113
