Stress-strain relations, strength, deformation mechanisms, fracture, creep, and cyclic fatigue. Experimental techniques, analysis and interpretation of experimental data, engineering writing.

Prerequisite(s): ENGL 102  or ENGL 115 , and ENGR 211  with a grade of “C” or better
