Literacy development from birth through kindergarten. Emphasis on the linguistic foundations of emergent and early literacy and developmentally appropriate practices to foster literacy development in the early years.
Prerequisite(s): SPED 391 with a minimum of “C” or better.
Corequisite(s): IRED 320 , EDCI 430 , and EDCI 413
