Comprehensive study of theory and application of concepts of conflict resolution, including the nature and causes of conflict, the dynamics of intractable conflict, types of intervention, strategies for conflict management, and outcomes, monitoring, and evaluation of conflict resolution.

Prerequisite(s): BLAW 310  with a grade of C or better
