Structure and function of cells and molecules essential to cellular process.

Course Notes: BIOL 230 may be attempted once. Students who must retake BIOL 230 are required to take BIOL 228 and BIOL 229 which will then fulfill the BIOL 230 requirement. Only one of BIOL 228 or BIOL 230 may be used for degree credit.

Prerequisite(s): BIOL 110 with a grade of “B” or better, and BIOL 112 with a grade of “C” or better, and BIOL 111 and CHEM 107 or CHEM 105 .
