Students must earn at least an overall 2.5 GPA and an overall 2.5 GPA in all major courses.
Praxis Exam Requirements: Students must pass the Praxis Core Academic Skills for Educators: Reading, Writing, and Mathematics or submit an ACT composite score of 22 or higher. Students must also pass the required Praxis Mathematics: Content Knowledge (5161) and the PLT exam (5624) prior to Teacher Residency. |

1 An ACT score of 28 or higher is required for MATH 270 . Pre-requisites are MATH 109 /MATH 110 or MATH 143 .
2 Nine hours of science which must include at least 3 hours of Biology and 3 hours of Chemistry, Geology, or Physics. Six of the 9 hours must be in the same science. Credit cannot be awarded for both GEOL 105 and GEOL 225 . |
