Experience in applying various reading instructional strategies and approaches, reflective of balanced literacy; employing informal assessment techniques; and using varied reading texts in the K-3 classroom.

Prerequisite(s): EDCI 430 , EDCI 413 , IRED 320 , and READ 301  
Corequisite(s): READ 302 , EDCI 349 , and EDCI 407
